Sinopsis Highschool of the Dead: Drifters of the Dead BD
Setelah melarikan diri dari daratan yang dipenuhi zombie, Takashi Komuro dan kawan-kawan menemukan diri mereka berada di pulau terpencil di lepas pantai Kota Tokonosu. Saat mencari perbekalan di sekitar pulau, mereka menemukan gubuk kecil di tepi pantai yang menyediakan pakaian dan tempat untuk beristirahat di malam hari. Setelah seharian bekerja mengumpulkan makanan, mereka mulai memasak apa yang telah mereka kumpulkan.
Saat mereka menunggu di samping api unggun, kabut tipis mulai terbentuk di sekitar mereka dan membuat mereka mual. Mengonfirmasi hal itu disebabkan oleh hydrangea—sejenis tanaman beracun yang dapat menyebabkan halusinasi—kelompok tersebut berusaha melarikan diri dari bau yang menyengat.
